How to pick up a report

The Pick Up Reports menu option allows a user to Download or Delete previously scheduled reports. Scheduled reports will be available for a period of one (1) week. After that time, the report will be deleted automatically.

Report Status Reports that have been scheduled for pick up will have one of the following Statuses:

  • Failed - The report has failed to process due to an intermittent or temporary error.
  • In Progress - The report is currently being processed.
  • Complete - The report is finished and available for download.
  • Queued - The report is in the report queue and waiting to be processed. 

To Download a Report

  1. Using the EC-Navigator menu on the left side of the screen, navigate to the Reports > Pick Up Reports section. 
  2. Hover the mouse over the Actions radial button of the desired report.
  3. Select the Download option.
  4. A browser specific download prompt will appear. Follow the recommended steps to complete the download.

Note: The Download option is only available for reports that are in the status of Complete.

To Delete a Report

  1. Using the EC-Navigator menu on the left side of the screen, navigate to the Reports > Pick Up Reports section. 
  2. Hover the mouse over the Actions radial button of the desired report.
  3. Select the Delete option.
  4. A confirmation message will appear:
    • Select OK to permanently delete the report.
    • Select Cancel to return to the previous page.
