The table provides identifying information about each stored product such as Product Code,Amount, UOM Description, and Commodity Code. If no stored products have been created, the table will be empty.

A maximum of 15 products will display in the table. If more than 15 exist, the additional page(s) can be accessed using the arrows at the top and/or bottom right corners of the section. The Filter Criteriasection can be used to efficiently find existing products beyond the initial 15 that are displayed.

The Products table contains the following columns:

  • Product Code - An internal designation used to quickly identify and locate a product.
  • Amount - The unit cost of the product or service.
  • UOM Description - The unit of measure associated with the product.
  • Commodity Code - The commodity code associated with the product.

Choose the Select link to the left of the appropriate product. The user will be navigated back to the Process Transaction tab and the line item data will populate.

Choose the Cancel button at the bottom right of the dialog box to close the dialog box without selecting any stored product data.
